Product information

Check the selected size, colour, material, quantity and included accessories before placing an order. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. These differences do not excuse goods being materially different from their description.

Prices and payment

Prices are in British pounds (GBP). Displayed prices include any applicable taxes; no extra tax is added at checkout. Standard UK delivery is free. The available payment methods and final total are shown at checkout. Price changes apply to future purchases, not retrospectively to an accepted order.

Orders

Check your contact and delivery details carefully. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or we identify a pricing error before acceptance, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil. We will not charge a revised price without your agreement.

Delivery and responsibility

Estimated total delivery is 7–14 business days from the applicable processing start date, including 1–3 business days for handling. The Shipping Policy explains cut-off times, delivery areas and delays. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Orders are fulfilled internationally. Returns go to our logistics partner in China, and customers pay international return postage for a change of mind. We cover reasonable required return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. You have the cancellation and return rights described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights under applicable consumer law, including rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for their intended purpose.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security or functionality, submit fraudulent information or misuse another person’s information. Product photographs and other website content may not be reused without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where the law allows.

Liability and governing law

We do not exclude or restrict liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections. The laws of England and Wales apply, without depriving consumers elsewhere in the UK of applicable protections or access to their local courts.
