Delivery

How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

Standard UK delivery is free. Allow an estimated 7–14 business days in total from the applicable processing start date, including 1–3 business days for handling. Orders after 12:00 PM GMT (UTC+0), at weekends or on UK bank holidays start processing on the next business day. See Shipping & Delivery.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders are fulfilled internationally through our suppliers and logistics partners. Our UK business address is for correspondence, not dispatch or returns.

Will I pay import charges?

We cover applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges. You will not be asked to pay those import charges at delivery.

Where is my tracking information?

Visit Track Your Order and enter your tracking number, or your order number together with the email address or phone number used at checkout. You can also use the link in your dispatch email. If you need help or the order is beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number. A newly created label may not show carrier movement immediately.

Returns and cancellations

For a change of mind, notify us within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery, then send the goods back within a further 14 calendar days. No restocking fee applies. Returns go to our logistics partner in China. You pay international return postage for a change of mind; we cover reasonable required return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Contact us for the return address and instructions. Do not send goods to our UK business address.

We aim to process eligible refunds within 7 business days, subject to statutory time limits. The full Returns & Refunds Policy explains conditions, refund deadlines and your rights. Contact us promptly if you want to amend or cancel an order before dispatch.

Choosing a product

Check the individual product’s measurements, material, finish, quantity and included accessories before ordering. Styling items in photographs are not automatically included. If a detail is unclear, ask us rather than assuming compatibility, size or suitability.

Payments

Prices are in British pounds (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. No extra tax is added at checkout. The payment methods available for your order appear at checkout. Read Payments & Billing for payment support and transaction information.
